These terms cover the BestYouTubeClips website and catalog plugin, operated by Vinay Vidyasagar. The service helps you discover curated YouTube videos and selected moments. Questions can be sent to hello@thelazydevs.com.

Using the collection

You may browse the collection and use the plugin to find watch links. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, bypass access controls or use it for unlawful activity. The plugin searches our curated catalog; it is not a general YouTube search engine.

Editorial selections and availability

“Best” reflects editorial judgment, not an objective ranking. Titles, descriptions, durations and availability may change. Some entries identify a selected moment within a longer video. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, current playback availability or that every recommendation will suit your preferences. The collection is not age-rated and does not guarantee content is free of profanity or suitable for children.

Creators and third-party services

Videos remain hosted by YouTube and belong to their respective rights holders. Creator credits and watch links do not grant permission to download, re-upload, edit or commercially reuse a video. Seek permission from the relevant rights holder where needed.

Google/YouTube, OpenAI/ChatGPT and other external services have their own terms, policies and eligibility requirements. BestYouTubeClips is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

Privacy and support

Our privacy policy describes analytics, third-party resources and plugin requests. For a broken link, attribution concern or rights-holder request, email the contact above with the clip’s page URL and enough detail for us to investigate. We may update or remove a catalog entry while reviewing a concern.

Service changes and applicable rights

We may change the collection, features or these terms and will update the date on this page. External videos and services may also change independently. The service is provided as available; nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
