Why it’s a keeper
A car, a course full of instruments, and a wonderfully elaborate way to play a song.
OK Go’s “Needing/Getting” takes its musical setup outdoors. A car moves through a course arranged with instruments, turning the journey into the performance. Watch how the choreography shifts from people moving around a set to an entire vehicle keeping time.
